What: What the heck is a sk80s party?..Remember back in the middle school days when your mom dropped you off at Champs to go roller skating and you thought you were cool..well we're doing it again. Come decked out in your finest 80s gear and relive your past!
Where: Champs Rollerdome & Laser Tag
When: Saturday, November 24, 2007 Fun begins at 7pm for laser tag & their new resturaunt. Prime time extended skate ends at 1am.
Why: Because We're taking it back darnit! Those "Emo" kids...they're punkers nothing new, its what we were...fashionable stove pipe jeans...we wore them first..Champs..they can tear it down and rebuild a new one for the new generation..but it was ours first. We're taking back the snack bar, taking back the floor, and if you're super lucky..you just might get to hook up with a floor guard..because that defines you as ultimate cool.
Cost: Prime time extended skate is $12.00, Laser tag is $8 first game, $5 each additional game, each game lasts 20 minutes. Don't forget to rent your speed skates (there's no other way to go, don't get the ugly brown ones) -$5.00
So come on out and help crash the younger generation's big night out and show em' how its done 80's style. Bust out your aquanet, sweater vests..tightroll your jeans, and don't forget the crimping iron and join Travis and I in REVENGE OF THE SK80S!
*disclaimer* any individual who are driving from out of town are more than welcome to crash at our place and finish the drive the next day. I'll make a big ol' breakfast in the morning just like the old days :)
